CNC Cut plywood, timber and engineered panels

CNC cut plywood and other woods for bespoke furniture and joinery project. Our CNC router cuts engineered sheet such as plywood, MDF, OSB board, melamine and laminates. We also work with hard and soft timber.

CNC Routing

Our CNC router has a large cutting area of 2m x 3m so we can work with full size sheet material. Giving the best material yield and means better value for money. CNC routing is most appropriate for batch runs and furniture and joinery projects.

Laser Cutting and Etching

Most appropriate for fine detailed applications.  This can include inlays, marquetry, architectural models, products, jewellery and interior signage.

Fine grained material such as cork and ply wood work particularly well for laser cutting and etching. Depending on the material we can laser cut wood up to 20cm in thickness, however CNC routing may be more appropriate for larger pieces.

Print & Cut

Text and imagery can be printed directly onto panels and timber before they are cut. This is really useful for signage, display and model making projects. See PRINT & CUT in SERVICES for more details about the process.

1. SEND US YOUR FILES
Be it CAD ready files or paper sketches, you can send these to us in our "send a job" page.
2. RECEIVE A QUOTE
From the file and job details, a quote is calculated based on preparation, programming, cut time and finishing.
3. WE PRODUCE IT
Using either Routing or Laser methods our experienced team will machine your design.
4. WE DELIVER IT
Once cut we can deliver to anywhere in the UK. Alternatively you are welcome to collect from our Brighton workshop.
