We cut Perspex, acrylic and other sheet plastic in a variety of colours and finishes. Most commonly used is Perspex cast acrylic. A clean polished edge is left by the laser so that no further finishing is necessary. Laser cutting plastics offers many possibilities which are ideal for signage, products and jewellery applications.
Acrylic is available in a clear finish or a wide range of colours and textures. It is typically available in standard thicknesses of 3mm and 5mm but non standard thicknesses are available between 1-25mm.

Foams
PVC foam core sheets is robust, printable and ideal for display boards and signage. We typically work with Foam-x, a rigid, hardwearing and light material. Being water repellent it is ideal for exterior signage applications. Foam-x is available in thicknesses ranging from 3-10mm.
